Roasted Mushroom & Lentil Cakes
These mushroom and lentil cakes are as healthy as they are tasty. Low GI, low in fat and a great source of protein for vegatarians.
And this is my dinner planned for today.

NB Please use free range eggs. I get my eggs from Jorg who really looks after his chickens.

Thanks for the tips! Btw, I think that intaking too much roasted products will make us overweight and get belly fat :(
