Stretching Before a Workout

Good news, in Australia, fitness instructors are generally informed not to do this… quick active stretch before a workout is good… nothing too long or too involved because the muscles are cold and it could lead to injury.

A couple of years ago there was a spout of injuries occuring with yoga in Melbourne due to stretching cold muscles too much too quickly.
