Apologies... Just noticed that my post did not appear!!! I did reply to your message when I moderated it, looks like something broke along the way... let me try again :)

Great work on activating the core whilst running... that is great!!! You are not only getting a cardio workout but you are working out your inner ab muscles at the same time.

I will try and fix the volume issue for the next show, let me know how I go :)

I was listening to the podcast yesterday whilst running, and was following your explanation of activating your core, I continued then to hold it at 30% like you said until the end of the run, is this OK to do or is it specifically for when you&#039;re lying down or sitting?
I have one request as well, could you please boost the levels/volume of your podcast as I have to turn my iPod up to full to hear you. This was especially noticeable in this episode because of the bit at the start of the podcast about voting for the photography podcast, which was much louder than your bit.

Otherwise, another 5* podcast.
