To lose weight ultimately two things need to be done:
1. Increase daily activity
2. Eat low fat foods/eat less

But you must eat - or else body functions will stop!

Two general methods of losing weight in the media:
1. Fad diet
2. Change Lifestyle

- adding one day of exercise each week
- eating at least one piece of fruit/veg everyday
- limiting take out to once a week - cook at home

Two general things to do to lose weight:
- exercise
- prepare your food
