Who Needs a Gym?
“Few men believe it, but you don’t need barbells, dumbbells, or machines to build muscle; in fact, weight-training equipment often inhibits the process. That’s because it requires you to be in a specific location, which might explain why more men consider themselves runners than lifters. After all, running is the most accessible form of exercise — anywhere you go, there’s your gym. But learn a little bit about physics and the same can hold true for your muscle workout.”

Nice article! Too many people believe that in order to exercise you need to join a gym… not true.
Exercise is everywhere!
“See those kids, potential dumbbells. Now rock me two hundy.” The Z Man
Instead of driving, walk, instead of walking, run.
But, to be fair to gyms they do offer something very important, convenience. Most people work during the day making it hard to get exercise in, especially people working in an office or in similar environments, whereby physical activity is not in the job description. The gym does offer a place to exercise when it is cold, dark and rainy outside. Thanks gym.
