    Quick question, if I may:

With kettlebell strength training, do you advise getting a range of different-sized kettlebells for your own personal workout training sessions? Or will one size kettlebell suffice for a complete strength training program?

Don does advise that people start off with one kettlebell, and only if needed go up a notch with mass of the kettlebell.
