    Great show, once again, Beti! It was enjoyable to actively participate in stretching whilst listening.

    I have a show idea, too: I am interested in vegetarianism and veganism. Are they healthier than normal diets? What pitfalls/benefits are there for the different types?

    I will certainly add your idea to the list of shows to do - and, in fact, I will be bumping it up to the top of the list. I have not eaten red meat or chicken for 18 years and have only recently started to eat fish again. So it is a topic that I am very familiar with.
