Happy Birthday my Health and Fitness Blog
Over a year ago I started posting a personal health and fitness blog where I record certain things that I like to monitor, for instance my activity, body care and fresh fruit and veg intake… YAY
Benefits I have seen from this include knowing to include some body care and rest when I do a lot of activity and ensuring that I eat fresh fruit and veg every day :)
Let’s see if I can continue to do this for another year…
