Do you BOSU? Try this Total Body Strength on the BOSU Balance Trainer

“If you haven’t heard of the BOSU Balance Trainer, here’s what it is: It’s sort of like a ball that’s been sliced in half and slapped onto a hard, flat platform. You can use the squishy dome-side to do everything from cardio (think stepping, jumping, etc.), strength training (use it like a weight bench) and some very intense core work as well. You can also use the platform side for a variety of moves, my favorite being the Plank with a Tilt.”
