A while ago I mentioned keeping a brief diary of general activity and nutrition as a good way to monitor what you eat and how much you exercise. Nic has also joined the challenge and doing quite well http://nic-fitness.blogspot.com/ .
I must mention that it is ok to have a chocolate every now and then, you don’t want to torture yourself. It is also ok to have days of rest - your body needs them. Great stuff Nic!
