3 Lessons From The Biggest Loser
Brent Shields lists three lessons overweight people can learn from The Biggest Loser. This is a nice article that sums up weight loss. Don’t get me wrong…I am still dead against the show. I only watched it for a few minutes but it left me feeling sad for the contestants and it also left me puzzled when I saw that one of the contestants was penalised because she put weight on, which was obviously due to muscle gain. Let’s change 3 Lessons to 1 Lesson from The Biggest Loser…when it is on, rather than sitting and watching it, get out there and be active.
