Reasons Why Diets Fail
It is not too often when I change the title of the article I am focusing on…but I did this time, it’s misleading. But the article holds a few good points, hence the reason why you are looking at it on this blog ;)
One of the best things to do to counteract dieting problems is to be prepared. Prepare all meals, prepare your sweet snack, prepare your lunch…all before you are absolutely famished and settle for a quick cafeteria/fast food/vending machine snack, that, of course, you later regret, not only because you have ‘broken’ your diet, but because you feel don’t feel too good. You know what I am talking about ;)
