Be Sunsmart
“For best protection, choose sun protection factor (SPF) 30+ broad spectrum water resistant sunscreen and use with hats, clothing and shade.”

I find that one of the best sun protection products is (wait for it……) SPRAY TAN!
Its not because it neutralizes UV rays or blocks them. It’s because people who already have a tan do not feel the need to bake in the sun, but prefer to do other things. For me, it not only looks great but saves me SO MUCH TIME. Just a 5 minute touch up two times a week and I’m done.
