Especially if you work hard during the day in front of a computer, and you just want to sit back and relax at the end of the day! And how about eating low fat healthy food? That can be really hard too when you have a pizza delivery option that is sooooo quick and tasty!!! What do you do???? Well, maybe a diet and health blog will work. Everyone will be watching your every step, so it kinda puts you off eating crappy food and gets you on track to being more active…hopefully! Eating that fatty slice o’ pizza is not that tempting when you know you have to record it for the whole world to see!
