I find that people tend to bounce their stretches, especially stretches such as the sit and reach and the calf stretch with the assistance of a stair.

One thing they do forget to mention is that the body should be warm before stretching. Last year during the winter months of Melbourne, doctors were complaining of the many yoga injuries they had because people didn’t warm up.
