beti (and the missing Vienna) as always I love the podcast. The last show which focused on abs was fantastic. Probably one of the most useful podcasts out of them all!
The very first podcast of yours I heard was when you interviewed Camron Reilly (even though I have no clue who he is [I'm from the US]) and you basically went over his entire lifestyle of exercise and diet. Listening to this podcast acted as the spark that triggered me to finally lose those 10lbs I put on from College.
I’ve totally changed my diet to include lots of fruits, veggies, beans, whole grains, nuts, and lean meats and fish. I’ve also cut out all drinks that have calories (except the alcohol that I have on the weekends =P) and of course all of the fast food places.
I’ve also begun exercising 3-5 times a week doing 30-45 minutes on my treadmill/stationery bike in my target heart rate zone (again another tip I found from your podcast!) and I do some weight training for my biceps, triceps, chest, back, and abs.
I know you probably hear stories such as these all the time but I figured I’d add mine to the pile. Keep up the great work!
