2Tablespoons Peanut Butter
200gm Oyster Mushrooms (or other mushrooms of your choice, but Oyster Mushrooms are so tasty)
2 cups of Chopped up Mixed Vegetables (in Season)
2 cups of Rice (Preferably Aromatic Rice such as Jasmine)
